Website use

Website terms of use

These terms govern use of the public Aeromax website. They do not replace a written freight quote, booking confirmation, transport document, software agreement or other contract for a specific service.

Effective July 12, 2026

1. Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must have authority to submit information on behalf of any company or other person named in a request.

2. Informational content

Website content is provided for general business information. Freight rules, carrier terms, rates, capacity, schedules, customs requirements and government guidance change. Content is not legal, tax, customs, insurance, dangerous-goods or other professional advice and should not be treated as an operational authorization.

Aeromax aims to keep the site useful but does not warrant that every page is complete, current or error-free. Confirm shipment-specific requirements with the responsible Aeromax contact, carrier, customs professional, insurer or government authority before acting.

3. Quote requests are not bookings

Submitting a form or sending an inquiry does not create a booking, service commitment or contract. A quote is subject to review and may depend on capacity, route, dates, commodity, actual weight and dimensions, packaging, classification, declared value, credit, regulatory acceptance and other facts.

A service is confirmed only through the applicable written quote, acceptance, booking confirmation or other agreement. That documentation may include a validity period, currency, assumptions, exclusions, duties, taxes, insurance terms, accessorial charges and carrier or partner terms. If website content conflicts with confirmed service documents, the confirmed documents govern to the extent of the conflict.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide information that is accurate, complete and not misleading, and promptly disclose changes before tender.
  • Do not omit dangerous, restricted, controlled, high-value, temperature-sensitive or unusually handled contents.
  • Provide only personal information you are authorized to share and follow the privacy policy.
  • Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code or scrape the site in a way that burdens its systems.
  • Confirm that the goods, packaging, labels, permits, documents and proposed movement comply with applicable requirements.

5. Checklists, examples and calculations

Resource pages, formulas and worked examples are educational. Dimensional divisors, rounding, freight classes, tariff classifications and document requirements vary by carrier, mode, route, contract, commodity and date. They are not pricing calculators, classification rulings or compliance decisions.

6. Third-party sites and portals

Links to government guidance, carriers, social networks, maps, MaxFreight, MaxDepot or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms, privacy practices, availability and content apply. Aeromax does not control external websites and a link is not a warranty of their content.

7. Intellectual property

The Aeromax name, logo, website design and original site content are owned by Aeromax Logistics Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may print or save a reasonable copy of a resource for internal business use. You may not republish, sell, remove notices from or create a misleading association with the site without permission.

Third-party names, marks and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Availability and responsibility

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Aeromax is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content, inability to access the site or content of an external site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Responsibility for an actual freight, warehousing, software or other contracted service is determined by the specific agreement and applicable law, not this general website provision.

9. Changes and contact

Aeromax may update the website and these terms. The effective date identifies the current posted version. Continued use after a change is subject to the updated terms. These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
