Frequently asked questions
Before the move.
When is courier better than air freight?
Courier is often better for documents and smaller packaged shipments that fit an express network. Larger, specialized, or multi-piece cargo may be better handled as air freight.
Why are dimensions important?
Express carriers generally compare actual and dimensional weight. Accurate outside dimensions help prevent rate changes and delays after pickup.
